Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your boots in their original branded shoebox, pack them into a sturdy shipping carton, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 7-10 business days.
